Our
Relationships
with Our Employees”
Service like this comes only from a carefully-run business. We are a highly-skilled company, and we train our employees to provide excellent service. We provide them with the latest tools and technology to efficiently perform their work. We believe that their work is important, so we hold high standards for them and compensate them fairly. We also believe that there is more to life than work, so we encourage our employees to balance their work responsibilities with their personal, emotional and spiritual needs. We strongly believe that “in giving you shall receive”, so both owners and employees will on occasion participate in local as well as national disaster response. We also regularly give our employees opportunity to participate in Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Fast Built House as well as to provide labor for other local charitable organizations.
In short, we treat our employees well, so they in turn can treat you well.

A Commitment That Shows
It’s one thing to claim a commitment to excellent service, it’s another thing to provide it. Sometimes it’s those little things that make the biggest statements. For over 25 years, W. Pennings & Sons has been providing people with the “little things” that often matter most:
Clean, orderly work sites that show we care
Courtesy, professionalism and those personal touches from our work crews and trade contractors who actually do your work
Realistic allowances for those yet-to-be made decisions
Honest expectations about the inevitable disruptions during remodeling of your home
Helpful suggestions based on our wealth of experience
Solid information about decisions you will make—we’ll tell you the truth, rather than simply what we think you want to hear

Responsive communication throughout the construction process
A tradition of leaving no loose ends hanging after the work is done
Fast and fair follow-up on service
Post construction cleanup done by Pennings family members

To put it simply, we care about our work. Each of our owners has learned our trade by actually working in the field, and we know the difference between work done with excellence and work that is merely “good enough”. Our passion is to provide you with a new or improved home that not only provides you with a solid value and superb craftsmanship, but a home that reflects you and meets your needs.
After all, we intend to do it right--the first time
.
