Pennings & Sons uses software called Buildertrend, which is a construction project management tool that allows you, as a client, to easily track the progress of your home build or renovation project through a dedicated online portal. There you can view project schedules, daily progress updates with photos, important documents, and communicate directly with your contractor all in one place, providing transparency and keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
