Delton Wall Lake

The unique layout of this house is a response to a vertically and horizontally challenged site. You’ll notice immediately unlike many homes, that the Basement is comprised of the Kitchen, Great Room, Wine Cellar, dumb waiter from the Garage, and a Utility Room underneath the Garage, while a Full Bathroom provides direct outside access for lake guests. A deck and adjacent patio area extend the living space outdoors. The Main Floor contains a single stall Garage, the Main Suite, a second Bedroom with Bathroom, a Sitting Area with a great view of the lake, Laundry and Main Entry with stairway either up or down. The Second Floor contains a Loft with Bathroom, Bedroom with Bathroom, and a Bunk Room with some nautical theme bunk beds.
