Gull Lake - Major Remodel

This project began with tearing down the existing home and building a new custom lakefront home designed to make the most of its setting. The exterior combines classic coastal-inspired details, stone veneer, shake accents, large windows, and a lakeside balcony that frames the water views from multiple levels.

Inside, the home was built around open, light-filled living spaces with strong connections to the lake. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, a large island, copper range hood, generous waterfront windows, and a folding pass-through window that opens directly to the lakefront patio. We also completed detailed interior trim work, a custom staircase with board-and-batten wall detailing, a stone fireplace in the living room, a loft bunk and family lounge area, a primary suite, guest bathrooms, and finished spaces throughout the home. The result is a new home that blends everyday comfort, custom craftsmanship, and lakefront living.
