Gun Lake - Major Remodel

Having a lake lot can bring challenges! What do you do when you need more space, but your lot doesn’t have it? You go up! That is exactly what we did for this summer lake cottage turned year round residence. This dramatic design/remodel transformation came about in the typical Pennings fashion, adding lots of character in the process. From tired cottage to a beautiful modern farmhouse style, this home is complete with both inviting lakeside and roadside elevations. Enjoy the photos!
